1. Using our website

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your account information secure and ensuring the details you provide are accurate and up to date.


2. Our products

Every Little Joy Studio piece is personalised and made to order.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device

  • personalised items may vary slightly in the size or positioning of names or wording, particularly for longer names

  • product photographs are intended as examples of the finished design.

We reserve the right to update, amend or discontinue products at any time.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your order.


3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Your order is accepted once we have processed your payment and sent an order confirmation.

Personalised orders

Because every item is created specifically for you:

  • please check all names, dates and personalisation carefully before placing your order

  • if you need to make a change after ordering, contact us as soon as possible

  • once production has started, we may be unable to amend or cancel your order.

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where payment cannot be processed or where incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.


4. Prices and payment

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although any confirmed order will be charged at the price shown when the order was placed.

Payment must be received before production begins.


5. Delivery

Every Little Joy Studio piece is personalised and printed to order in our UK studio.

Our current production time is 5–7 working days before dispatch.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website—including our branding, logos, text, photographs, graphics, designs and other content—is owned by or licensed to The Little Joy Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

This section is retained in accordance with Shopify's merchant guidance.

The Little Joy Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you.

However, all purchases made through our store are made directly with The Little Joy Studio. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and The Little Joy Studio.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes certain information in order to provide and improve its services.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify and our trusted service providers where necessary to fulfil your order.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other feedback, you grant us permission to use that content to promote The Little Joy Studio across our website, social media and marketing materials.
