Shipping policy

Made especially for you

Every Little Joy Studio piece is personalised and printed to order in our UK studio. Because your order is being made especially for you, please allow 5–7 working days for us to create your order before it is dispatched.

We'll always do our best to get your Little Joy parcel on its way as quickly as possible, but during particularly busy times, such as Christmas, turnaround times may occasionally be a little longer. If this happens, we'll make this clear on our website before you order.

UK delivery

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We charge a simple flat delivery fee of £2.95, regardless of the size of your order.

Spend £30 or more and UK delivery is FREE.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days and you'll receive tracking information once your Little Joy parcel is on its way.

Please remember that our 5–7 working day creation time is in addition to delivery time.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Need it for a special day?

If you need your order by a particular date, please check our current turnaround time before ordering and allow plenty of time for delivery. While we'll always do everything we can to get your order on its way promptly, unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Seasonal delivery dates

During busy seasonal periods, such as Christmas, we'll publish a recommended last order date for delivery before the occasion.

Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but we won't be able to recommend them for delivery before the celebration.

🎃 Halloween 2026

To make sure you receive your personalised Halloween order in time for the big day, please place your order by Sunday 18 October 2026.

Orders placed after this date will still be made and dispatched as quickly as possible, but we can't recommend them for delivery before Halloween.

Where do you deliver?
