Personalisation is at the heart of The Little Joy Studio. Each piece is individually created using the details you provide, making it completely unique to your little one and the moment you're celebrating.

Here's everything you need to know before placing your order.

Adding your personalisation

You'll find the personalisation options available for each design on the individual product page.

Depending on the design, you may be asked to provide details such as your child's name, family name, date or other wording.

Please follow the instructions shown alongside each personalisation box and check all spelling, dates and details carefully before adding your item to your basket.

We'll create your design using the information you provide.

What if my child's name is long?

That's absolutely fine.

Every name is a little different, so we'll carefully size and position your personalisation to work beautifully with your chosen design.

This means the exact size and positioning of the wording may vary slightly from the example shown on our website, particularly for very short or long names.

We'll always aim to keep the overall design balanced and beautiful.

Will my item look exactly like the photograph?

Your finished piece will be created using the same design shown on the product page, but because each item is individually personalised and made to order, there may be small variations in the size or positioning of the personalisation.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the screen you're viewing them on.

These little differences are part of creating something individually for you.

Can I see a proof before you make my order?

We don't routinely send digital proofs before production.

If we spot something unusual in the personalisation you've provided or need to check something with you before making your order, we'll get in touch using the email address provided at checkout.

Can I request something different?

Absolutely. If you'd like to change the wording of one of our designs or have something completely different in mind, email hello@thelittlejoystudio.co.uk before ordering.

We'll let you know whether it's something we're able to create for you.

Made one little mistake?

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at hello@thelittlejoystudio.co.uk as soon as possible.

If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to amend it for you. Once your personalised piece has gone into production, unfortunately we can't guarantee that changes can be made.
